Location and Facilities

Pure Superyacht Refit Management has opened its offices in the newly completed STP (Servicios Técnicos Portuarios) facility in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, Spain. STP boasts some of the most up to date and advanced services for a boatyard in the Mediterranean. Uniquely, this is a public facility which allows conforming independent contractors to deliver any works required, with STP only providing berthing, hauling and occupation services.

The quality and excellence of the independent specialists around Palma represent some of the most highly skilled and proficient craftspeople in the Mediterranean. Palma is already an established refit location and since the completion of the new STP facility, it is now the preferred choice with complete flexibility. Palma is fast becoming the hub for Superyacht refits (and industry support) in the Mediterranean and throughout Europe.

Consequently it is the ideal place for Pure to base and provide our professional refit management services.

Pure’s location within the STP facility lies in downtown Palma, only a 10 minute drive to the international airport and a 5 minute walk to restaurants, cafes, hotels, apartments, shopping and nightlife.

Palma de Mallorca also provides the Superyacht industry with an array of support from fine wines and foods provisioning, through to concierge services and crew recruitment.
