Pure, in conference with the client, captain and manager will assist in determining the scope of work required, assess the duration of work period and any specialist requests.
Collate all technical and design information and determine if any specific pre-ordering is necessary.
Pure will instigate the possible visits of independent specialists to initiate the tendering process and initial budgeting will be set in place. Once this phase is complete Pure will secure berthing and haul out facilities. Liaise with chosen contractors, finalise and draft specialist’s work lists and set up base time line and budget milestones.
Discuss and arrange any shore support requirements such as accommodation, flights, visas etc.
